What type of build I can do with this wire?

Hi all I have this wire but I find difficult to wick as is very thin, so I was wondering what type of build I can do with this? Can I twist it to make it more rigid?

Yes, you can certainly twist it. The resistance of the resultant wire will be quite low but still useable. Steam engine has a facility for working out the resistance of twisted wire set ups.

It's very easy. I used to use a pen like this:

Just pop the wire through the loop, hold the ends together with pliers and turn the pen until the wire is tightly twisted. Alternatively, you can use a drill and the same procedure.

If you have no drill, just make a loop of wire, grip one end with pliers and put a pen through the other end and twist.

Alternatively, loop the wire through the handle of a coffee mug, let it hang, and then spin the mug.
