Mod not performing. Needs a fix.

Hi all more intelligent people than me. I have a problem. My cloupor t6 doesnt hit hard at all, even at 100w its more like 30w. I've tried all tanks and rdas on this mod, same result. Changed the adjustable 510 connector. Same result. Fully charged 26650 purple and green efests. Same result. Thats pretty much as far as im comfortable to go without advice etc, as dont want to do anything unsafe to the inner workings etc. A pal of mine has one of these and it hits great. Im stumped tbh. Would anyone have any clue what it could be??? Really dont want to just chuck it away. Also a refund is out of the question. Would anyone be able to fix it for a price or offer any advice.
