Magma - no airflow

Sorry to butt in, but have you tried to poke a piece of stiff wire through the air holes, both from on the deck and through the side? There could just be a blockage from swarf remnants and/or other gunk.

Yep...that was the first thing I tried.

Then I had a good look inside with a torch and the airhole under the coil blatently goes nowhere. You can actually see the clean rounded metal at the bottom. I also shined a spotlight in the side, and it doesn't shine through.

Madness...and just my bleeding luck!!

That's a bum deal! Ftech will replace, but that's no excuse and just more of a palava.

I've raised a ticket with them but Sparkyjuice is going to have a go at drilling it out for me so hopefully it will be useable soon
