Thought I'd pop a wee post up for anyone having issues with their Squape.
For those of you having issues not getting decent flavour or vapour like I was when I first got mine till I had a play about,try the following.
Make your cool to desired res' then insert so that it sits with the top of the coil level with the top of the deck when in the channel like below,also try trimming the wick so it sits just into the vertical of the juice channel and no more.
