@u8myufo Simple if you think about it,the greater the surface area of hot wire exposed will increase the amount of juice getting vaporized.

Fatty arrived today as per my other reply @PlumeBlu I will definately give this one a go with cotton, was that something like an 18guage needle you wrapped the coil on?

I usually use a precision screwdriver but I couldn't tell you what the size is to be honest, it is pretty much the only thing I use to coil with as I know how many wraps usually gets close to my intended resistance. I think it is somewhere close to 1.1/1.2mm though

To get more draw out of my fatty I just drilled out the middle air hole on the deck a millimetre bigger. It's still like taking a draw from a kayfun, but really improved the air flow.
