This maybe of interest to some. An interview with Tom Klark - I watched it last night. Radically different approach to making juices - ADVs, not trying to recreate real world flavours, super low flavour percentages, uses different VG/PG brands to affect flavour...
Right up my street - I've been through a few of my recipes this morning and mixed them up with 1/10 the flavouring - I was really surprised - in some cases they taste stronger, sweeter - but also more defined and less cloying.
I like Wayne from DIY or DIE, but I've never really liked his juices, or any American style juices - it's interesting to watch how he copes with someone with the subtlety of Tom Klark
