Premixed base question

Hello i would like some help with a concern i have before buying premixed vg/pg.
I intend to make 150ML from a concentrate that is 30ml 100%pg with no added nic. The premix has pg/vg and 3% nic if i add the premix and the concentrate i assume it would dilute the nic so i wouldent be getting 3% nic it would be 30% lower right?
So my question is would i need to add additional nic in order to bring it up to 3%?

Best advice I can give you is buy separate, but to make 150 ml out of 30 ml you're using 20% concentrate, buying separate lets you change vg/Pg ratios and NIC content
