What's new

First go at mixing a flavour

What the fuck man? Confusing the fuck out of everyone. :D Did you measure to half way to the 0.1ml mark, or half way to the 1ml mark?
Lol. Sorry confuse myself at times [emoji23]. Half way before the 0.5 mark i went to. Which is 0.05 yes?

Half way to the 0.5 mark is 0.25, so you have 2.5% of the other flavours.

The Graham Cracker in NY Cheesecake is very prominent so that's why you can taste it so strongly.

Right here goes?
But before I star I should point out I don't use syringes to measure but hopefully I've got the ml correct?
Based on a 10ml mix
Lemon lime 0.5ml -which I think equates to 5%
My Cheesecake 0.2ml- 2%?
Sweet cream 0.3ml - 3%
Bavarian cream 0.2ml -2%
So a 12% flavour mix which isn't that strong.
Because it's is creams you need to let steep for at least 2 weeks to get the full benifit of the flavours.
The lemon lime is a nice citrus flavour but I tend to taste more lime than lemon but it is very nice and will fade slightly but the bonus is that the creams will tame any harshness that some can get from citrus flavours.
All in all I think this mix will get you a very nice citrus cheesecake.
