As this is in the genny/mesh section, I'm gonna take a punt and say you mtl. All of the above still applies buy mesh is a fickle thing and less obvious than wraps as a rolled mesh tube is less accurate than a coiling jig. For mesh I wouldn't personally recommend anything over say 0.32mm kanthal as it wastes heat unnecessarily.
All my mesh builds come out at around the 0.5-0.7ohm mark, roughly 4 wraps around my wicks. You can go for more but that also depends on the room you have. More info is definitely needed- atty used, dual or single wick, ohms aimed for and rough wattage aimed at. I would guess at around 30 ish tops. (all assumptions based on the section, mesh isn't so good at high wattage unless your quite proficient) can be done but not for someone new to mesh.
