Building a nextiny with a box mod

Hi I've just got a nextiny & spent several hours trying to build a coil, I got most of it done quite well but I only have box mods so when I pulse it the wire snaps! All the 'how to's' I've read & watched they all use a mech to pulse it. Can anyone offer any advice on how to do it with a box mod? Many thanks

IMO it is most certainly you have a short and it is most probably the insulator.
Also it is most probably nothing to do with pulsing it on any given device.

Start at 8w then build up slowly. I don't use a mech to pulse mine. Only to coil it (some of the time). I go from 8w to 16w gradually 1 or 2 at a time depending on if there are issues.
