Hi all, got a few types of flat wire including some flapton. I not got alot to play with. n im not sure what to wrap it at to get resriance I want. trying to get dual coil around 0.25 anyone have experience with this wire.

Flattened wire is treated the same as the round wire so whatever gauge you got thats the number you put in the coil calculator.
The flaptons, same again, whatever the cores are, use that number.

If you let us know what wires you have coming, we can advise further.

Flattened Nichrome is my go to wire on my mechs, awesome kit!!

I bought the ni80 flatwire and was building simple 6-7 wraps on a 3mm post.
Was coming out at around .12
