Decided to have a go.
First the wood. An old Eucalyptus tree i took down for a local.
They offered me the wood for my burner.
So we begin.

Can already see some grain running here there and everywhere.
Chopped out a piece.

To the pillar drill.

Nothing fancy just what i have,
Drilled out two holes. Then thought i'd do too more and see what happens.

Treacle coming to inspect.
Now to seperate the two halves. And start to shape the wood.

Once seperated start to sand down and shape the wood into something usable.

Then there was two. i'm really pleased with how they come out at this point.
And can clearly see where they were joined.

Next bit is the cut out to squeeze the bottle. Normally i cut myself at this point. Make lots of small cuts with a hack saw.

Then bust out with a stanley knife and sand back to get the shape i want.
It does take some time but i like it.

I am using Okham for the top and bottom for these mods as the contrast is ace. Imho.

Then draw around the bass of the mod and cut off the excess. Then drill out the two hole. One for 510 and one for button.

Yes i know i'm holding the bloody thing. I work better when i can feel the piece if that makes sense.

Anyway final product. I'm happy.

Thank you for looking.

Damn they are fine. Got to love the craftmanship. Sadly it's a dying fashion. How many people used to tinker and make things in their sheds. Now it's just a case of going online and getting mass produced. Keep it up dude.

Nice pair mate
You make it look easy ( I know it's not as easy as it looks)
Well done

Sort of.
One smells like Hawaiian Island Punch.
One smells like Vanilla Bourbon. Lol.

[emoji38] just thought eucalyptus might be a fragrant wood as the leaves of it are but obviously not enough to overpower the smell of your chosen liquid [emoji1]
