Aegis not reading coil

Looking for some help a mate has a aegis legend and its stopped reading any coils in any rta he puts on it. tried cleaning the 510 and checking the pin moves freely which it does but still won't read anything so wondering if anyone has had this happen to there aegis legend or is it bin it time and its part the warranty stages so can't do that

cant help with builds but has he got a tank with normal coil to test to see if it does the same.
if that works then at least he doesnt have to dump the mod.

tried a few stock coil tanks aswell as a few rda's and nothing works on it

Not yet but will do tomorrow its worth a try nothing to lose

Tried the update no go with that

After reading the things here it sounds like it's dead, probably a broken wire on the output side of the chip.
