The E-Cigarette Company (TECC) sent me the Lost Mary Nera30K Fullview, a very different looking replaceable pod kit over, along with a bundle of the 15k puff pods so I could try them out.
Lost Mary are one of the more prominent manufacturers of disposable vapes. I’ve seen them in the shops for years now, and like all the other manufacturers, they’re getting ready for the upcoming single use disposable ban by releasing lots of different kits to keep their share of the market.
The Nera30k Fullview kit has a 800mAh battery and two modes, turbo and normal. It’s a MTL device, similar to their other offerings, but the difference here is a big, fancy wraparound screen that sparkles and shines when you take a draw. It’s different, and it’s something I never knew I wanted but now I’ve used it, I like it a lot. The 30k claim is a touch disingenuous as you get two 15k pods to make it up to that, but you do get both pods in the pack and it adds up to 30k so they’re not lying about the capacity. There’s also the usual disclaimer that 15k puffs is an estimate based on length of draw and all that, but what you get is a pod with 2ml of juice in it and a 10ml refill that slots in the bottom and auto fills when needed.

In the box you get:
- 1 Lost Mary Nera 30k Fullview Device
- 2 Lost Mary Nera 15k Refill Pods
Style wise it’s a good concept. You get the 800mAh battery which has the wraparound screen on the plastic housing. It’s not that easy to explain so I’m hoping my photos show it decently. There’s a button at the bottom of the front part of the screen that lets you change between normal and Turbo modes, and the USB Type C charging slot is on the bottom. In the cut-out area, there are some magnets and some electrical connectors to fit the pods in.
The pods look like they’re devices themselves and I thought at first that they were until I opened one up as they’re shaped like a small disposable device. You click the juice refill into the bottom, but there are no buttons or displays and there are the same magnets and connectors that are on the battery area. What you need to do is just bring the pod close to the battery and the magnets kick in to keep it on tightly. The pod also has branding on it, some text to let you see what flavour you’re vaping and a juice level window that lets you see how much is left.
Once the pod is in, the screen lights up and does its thing. The one I have is bright and sparkly with some globes that have dots and triangles in them that sparkle away, along with some stars and shooting stars. The main thing is that there’s a battery level indicator at the top on the front, and another indicator that lets you know if you’re in turbo mode or not. If it says turbo, you’re in turbo mode, if it doesn’t, you’re not.

The good thing about this kit is that you can buy the pods separately and fire on a new 15k puff one once you’ve finished the ones included in the 30k pack. I was sent a few to try out and it’s easy to use and replace the pods. Obviously, the colour of the pod will match what flavour is in there so there’s a touch of a mismatch when you get, say, a blue battery kit and then use the strawberry flavour pod, but that’s not something that bothers me at all.
I always say it’s the flavours and the vape that matters though, and it really is. No matter what gimmicks a kit uses, it will live and die by its flavours. The Nera 15k pods are all filled with 12mls of 20mg Lost Mary Nicotine Salt Juice, and if you’ve tried them before, then you know they’re sweet as can be and have varying amounts of cooling in them.

I was sent one of the 30k kits, with two pods in them and a further six pods to try out. TECC did send a 2nd pod of Blueberry Sour Raspberry though, so I’ll only be reporting on seven of the flavours.
Blueberry Sour Raspberry - The blueberry is slightly musty but it’s still fruity as well. The raspberry is sweet, so it tempers the slight dryness of the blueberry well. The cooling kicks in soon after taking a draw, and it’s not too strong, probably just the right amount. I found that the aftertaste sticks around quite well but there isn’t a lot of sour here, it is there but it’s slight.
Blueberry Raspberry Gami - This one’s a gummy bear style flavour with the same flavourings as the one above but with the stickiness of a gummy bear sweetie. Again, the blueberry is slightly musty and dry but again it’s tempered well by the sweet raspberry. This one’s quite a bit sweeter as well and there’s not so much of a cooling kick.
Strawberry Ice - It’s a candy style strawberry and is quite sweet, but there is an authentic strawberry flavour in there as well that mixes in nicely with the candy. It goes nicely between a ripe, in season strawberry and a sweetie style one for me. The cooling is strong here and intensifies the flavour well.
Lemon and Lime - At first, it’s lemon heavy with the lime coming on after a bit but once you get used to it, you can taste the lime zing throughout. I also get a very slight mint that makes it a little like some of the mojito flavours I have tried before, but that might just be me. It is a lovely lemon and lime however, and the sweetness hangs around for a while after a draw.
Triple Mango - Again and again, I wonder what the hell triple mango is. Is it three different aspects of mango? Three different kinds of mango? I’ll probably never find out. This one has the usual earthy taste of a real mango, but the strong tropical flavour drowns that out straight away. It’s a nice, deep, sweet, and fruity flavour, without the perfume or florals that sometimes plague this profile.
Pineapple Ice - It’s tinned chunks of pineapple soaked in the juice that comes with them. I love a good pineapple vape personally and this is a good one. It’s sweet and cold but the profile is captured well, and the aftertaste is lovely.
Cherry Ice - There are two ways a cherry flavour can go for me, and this one manages to capture both. It has a marzipan taste initially, and I’m not keen on that but somehow there’s a lovely fruitiness that powers in as well and transforms it into something I really do like. It doesn’t make sense, but I love the contrast. The aftertaste is delightfully fruity, and I can deal with the marzipan once it kicks in.

Final Thoughts
By all rights I should dislike this kit. The flashy screen is not something I’d usually seek out but the quality of the vape and the flavours make up for all of that, and the design is very well done with how the pods fit into the battery part. It looks like you’d need to slide the pod in, but you just need to put it near the cut-out area and let the magnets do their thing. It’s a different design and one that should stand out amongst all of the replaceable pod kits that have already started to fill the shelves in shops and online.
There’s only one thing that really bothers me and that’s the fact that the pods have a rounded bottom. It means that you can’t easily stand the device up without having to balance it. I know the Lost Mary devices have always had rounded bottoms but why make a battery section that’s flat and a pod that’s rounded. It annoys me. That may be irrational but it annoys me a lot.
Plus, there’s the fact that anyone coming off single use disposables when the ban kicks in can pick one of these up and save a bit of money. 12ml of juice is pretty good in one pod and even though it might not quite reach 15k puffs for everyone, there’s a lot more there for not a lot more cash.
Thanks again to TECC for sending the Lost Mary Nera30K Fullview kit over for us to test out.

- Lot of juice in the pods
- Good flavours that some will already be familiar with
- Easy to see juice level
- Rounded bottom on the pod makes it annoying for standing up

Reviewer at POTVI was a very militant smoker for many years…why would I stop doing the only thing I had left that I liked doing? Then I fell into vaping in 2017. My wife bought a cheap kit off from Amazon that stopped working and I took it to a local vape shop to see what they could do with it. An hour later and full of new knowledge about watts, ohms, and juice strength, I headed home with a new nautilus mini tank for her and raved to her about the helpful guy in the shop. I must have bored her with all my new found information. I tried her vape that night, and a week later bought my own kit. Then I found POTV and the amazingly helpful and generous people on it. A month later I was making my own (disgusting) vape juice, and a month after that I was winding coils for my new RDA. Six years on and I'm much better at making juice, and I now have no money but lots of shiny mods and tanks
