Innokin EZ Watt

The Innokin EZ Watt kit consists of the Innokin EZ Watt box mod, which has a built in 1500 mAh battery recharged via USB and is able to output power from 13W up to 35W, and the new Innokin Prism T20S tank, which has been designed for mouth to lung vaping use. Innokin have also designed a new tank, called the Slipstream, which offers a looser direct to lung draw, and this has been manufactured for use with the EZ Watt mod.

The EZ Watt box mod features a small form factor, making it easy to carry around with you and use. LED light indicators are featured on the power button, to display how much battery life is left, and above the power button to display what power level you are currently vaping at. 510 threading is found at the top of the mod, meaning that you can use different tanks on there should you wish. The EZ Watt mod is able to fire resistances down to 0.2ohm.

Innokin's new Prism T20S tank is also included as part of the kit, and this is a top filled 2ml capacity tank which is supplied with 0.8ohm and 1.5ohm Prism S coil heads for mouth to lung vaping use. Small airflow holes are found around the base of the Prism T20S, which are fixed. The drip tip is removable, meaning that you can use your own drip tips should you wish.

Using the Innokin EZ Watt

Firstly, you need to select which coil you wish to use, as two coils are supplied which are both aimed for mouth to lung vaping. The 0.8ohm Prism S coil head is rated for use at 16-18W, and the 1.5ohm Prism S coil head is rated for use at 13-14W. Coil heads are easy to install, you simply slide the coil head in and out from the base of the tank, and once a fresh coil is installed you need to prime it by filling the 2ml tank up from the top, and leaving it to stand for at least 5 minutes before vaping. The 0.8ohm coil head offers a slightly looser mouth to lung draw, and the 1.5ohm coil head is a little tighter. Both of them deliver great flavour however!

The Electronic Cigarette Company

3 clicks of the power button will turn the EZ Watt mod on and off, and you simply hold the power button down to fire the mod. LED light indicators are present on the power button, which display how much battery life is left in the 1500 mAh capacity battery. Green means that it is full, yellow means that it is at half capacity, and red means low capacity. Recharging is done via USB, and the battery will fully charge up in around an hour and a half. To change the current power level, hold down the select button then press power to increase the current power level setting. The first setting is 13-14W, the second is 16-18W, and the third jumps up to 30-35W. Pressing the select button on its own will allow you to toggle between the lower or higher setting.

Conclusion

With the EZ Watt, Innokin have produced yet another starter kit that is very easy to use, well manufactured, great looking and best of all- it provides a great vape too! The vape I got from the two included coils offered a very flavoursome mouth to lung vape, with a nice and smooth draw, and a pleasing throat hit with high strength nicotine E-Liquid. I especially enjoyed using the EZ Watt kit and Prism T20S tank with 20mg nicotine salt based E-Liquid, as I got a great nicotine hit as and when I needed it.

If you are looking to give up smoking and make the switch to vaping, the EZ Watt kit from Innokin is a great option to consider, with the tight mouth to lung draw offering a vape best suited to those quitting smoking. For more experienced mouth to lung vapers, the EZ Watt makes for an excellent back up device, ideal for out and about use!

Many thanks to Innokin for sending in the EZ Watt to review, which is now available with many retailers within the UK. Innokin have also kindly provided us with an EZ Watt kit to give away, to be in with a chance of winning then click here!
