Set up

So straight out of the box you get the 1.3 Ohm CCELL pod preinstalled on the pod stick. These pods use Vaporesso’s push to fill system which works brilliantly. The kit comes with a refill bottle which I have been using with absolutely no leaks. I have also used a 10ml bottle just to see if it would work and it does but depending on the tip on the bottle, you may experience leaking while filling.

Usage

The podstick is really simple to use. There are no confusing menus or button combinations to adjust settings. Simply give it three clicks of the fire button and it will change, a blue light indicates the lowest setting, a red light indicates the middle setting and a green light is the max power setting.

The battery level is indicated by a series of lights on the front of the podstick. Each light is equal to 20% battery. Five lights is 100%, four lights is 80% and so on. Five clicks of the fire button will switch it on and off.

The pods are very simply to use, just push and click into place! There is also a retaining magnet for extra security which is great for peace of mind.

I have been using this device for nearly two weeks now. I've mainly used the 1.3 Ohm CCELL MTL pod with nic salts (60pg 40vg) and what a fantastic vape it is! I have been using the same MTL pod for the whole time that I have had the device, going through roughly using 3-4ml of juice a day and it is still going strong. You get a good amount of vapour and excellent flavour from this little pod. Also to note, this device has fixed airflow. The airflow is for me a really nice MTL vape. It’s not too tight but also it’s not too loose, just spot on.

I have used the 0.6 Ohm mesh DTL pod in the evenings to mix things up a bit. As you would expect from mesh, it gave a lovely vape with great flavour from a small device. I have been using the same nic salts in this pod and I’ve had no leaking or spit back at all. But, of course, it does use more of your juice and drains the battery a bit quicker.

Conclusion

My overall impressions of this device are very good. It is small and light weight. I’ve had no issues with leaking or spit back with either pods. Both pods give great flavour and vapour production. The 900mah battery has been enough to last me all day while out and about and it is super quick to recharge. Plus if you do need to top up the battery, it does have let you use it while charging which is always a very welcome feature. I’ve tried and tested a few pods but I have to say that this has been my favourite one to date.
