Vapour 50/50 range
Founded in 2011, Vapour (formerly known as Vapourlites), have steadily grown into one of the largest vaping companies in the UK, supplying everything from cigalikes starter kits right down to their own in-house E-Liquid ranges.
All Vapour products are certified under the Tobacco Products Directive, and declared to and recorded by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). This means that Vapour products are not only widely found online and in bricks and mortar vape shops, but also in high street stores such as The Range and Home Bargains.
One of the in house ranges produced by Vapour is the 50/50 E-Liquid range, which features a large range of different flavours mixed to a 50/50 PG/VG ratio, and sold in 10ml TPD compliant bottles. Apple, Watermelon and Strawberry
I get quite a sharp apple on the inhale, with lighter notes of candied watermelon and strawberry to finish. It's not an overly strong tasting vape, and has the right balance of sweetness too.
Apple, Watermelon and Strawberry On Ice
As above, there is a sharp apple with lighter notes of candied watermelon and strawberry, however the 'On Ice' version features a pleasing cooling effect which rounds this E-Liquid off nicely.
Lime Candy
There is a very zingy and sweet candied lime flavour present here! It's a little overly sweet for my tastes, but I can see this E-Liquid appealing to those that enjoy sweet, candied E-Liquid flavours.
Lime Candy on Ice
Lime Candy On Ice takes the zingy candied lime flavour, and blends in a nice cooling effect that actually works very well with the candied lime flavour, tasting like a cold lime drink. I certainly preferred this version to the standard one!
Blueberry, Blackberry and Orange
Unfortunately I'm not a great fan of E-Liquids containing blueberry, and this features quite a strong candied blueberry element to it, with an undertone of blackberry and orange to finish. This one wasn't for me I'm afraid!
Blueberry, Blackberry and Orange On Ice
The cooling element in the 'On Ice' version does reduce the strong candied taste of blueberry, but unfortunately it doesn't reduce it enough for my tastes. As with the standard version, this isn't one that appealed to me I'm afraid!
Blueberry Sugar Donut
As I've already mentioned, I'm not a great fan of blueberry in my E-Liquids, however surprisingly I didn't find this too bad. There's more of a blueberry jam texture here, with a sweet donut undertone to it.
Lemon Donut
Lemon Donut has a tangy and zesty lemon, almost like the taste of lemon zest from a cake, with a thick donut texture in the background. It works quite well actually, and I did definitely enjoy vaping this one!
Caramel, Cinnamon and Tobacco
This was actually my favourite E-Liquid from the 50/50 range, I mainly vape tobacco based E-Liquids and I enjoyed the light tobacco blended with a smooth caramel and cinnamon. The cinnamon note was a little light, and could do with being a little stronger, however other than that it's an enjoyable vape!
Conclusion
Vapour 50/50 is a good range of well priced, TPD compliant E-Liquids with plenty of variety on offer to appeal to a wide range of different tastes. As these are 50/50 E-Liquids I have found them to be better suited to mouth to lung atomisers, Vapour do offer a High VG range geared to sub ohm vaping, you can read the review on those here!
