I was sent these lovely 4 in 1 Nic Salts bundles direct from IVG to have a shot on.
I recently tried out the IVG Smart 5500 disposables and was quite impressed by the flavours, so I was happy to have a go on these 10ml bottles to see if the flavours were any different in a different kind of coil and tank. IVG have been a staple for a lot of vapers over the years, and while I’ve not had a lot of their juices, I have tried some and liked them well enough. I did always find they were coil murderers though so I was looking forward to trying out their salt nic range, which have likely got more coil friendly sweeteners in them, going on others I’ve tried over the past few months.
In these 4 in 1 packs, you get (obviously) four bottles of IVG salt nic juice. You can buy them direct from IVG, and they come in 10mg and 20mg strengths. Each pack has been curated to give you a different flavour profile so it’s nice to be able to pick what you know you will prefer. There are four different packs, the special edition that has a range of the flavours available, the soda edition which gives you four different soda style vapes, the blue edition which is full of blue raspberry type flavours, and the red edition is berries and cherries.
First off, the packaging is minimal. It’s a rectangle cardboard box with four bottles crammed into it and there is no sign of plastic around the bottles so it’s a bit more environmentally friendly than some others. The box shows off the branding well and lets you see what flavours are in there, along with the usual big nicotine warnings. And that’s it, a box with four bottles of juice in there. What more could you want?
Onto the flavours. As usual for a salt nic, these are big and bold flavours with a certain level of sweetener and some cooling. Some will love them, others won’t. I actually liked these ones as there are some very well-done juices in there. Some of the flavours cross over into other packs so please excuse me copying and pasting the same thoughts on several of them.
Special Edition Box
Pineapple Ice
This is a realistic but very sweet pineapple. The ice name lives up to the hype as it is a very icy vape as well. I found that there’s a bit of depth in this one as you can taste the range from pineapple chunks to pineapple juice as you vape on it a bit longer. It’s a good one to start off with.
Fizzy Cherry
We’re into the berries and cherries now. I have become a lover of all things cherry in my vapes over the time since I’ve started reviewing juice, and this one is a good one. It’s a nice fruity cherry that tastes realistic, with some added sweetness in there. It’s also quite dark as opposed to a red cherry, and there is a kick of fizz to let it live up to its name. Lovely.
Blue Raspberry Ice
This blue raspberry is nice and fruity. It fills your mouth with taste, and there are no off notes from the blue side of it at all that I can taste. It also has a lovely tartness from the raspberry, and the sweetness is spot on for the profile. I sometimes find that blue raspberry juices get over sweetened, but that’s not happening here.
Lemon and Lime
Ooooh, this is superb. It’s a nicely done lemon that has pith and sweetness about it. The lemon is almost sherbet like as you vape on it, and the lime takes it up a level with a zing and a lovely sourness on the back end. One of the best out of all of them.
Blue Razz Edition
Blue Raspberry Ice
Oh, I’ve already written about this one. Please see copy and paste.

Pro Blue
The blurb re this one is that it’s blue raspberry and menthol, and that’s what it is. It’s the same lovely blue raspberry as above, but there’s an added touch of menthol that gives it a different dimension than the plain ice one. It’s raspberry heavy which makes it fruity, and there’s some added sweetener that is measured really well.
Blue Sour Raspberry
This one is a bit more blue at first but the raspberry soon kicks in again and it’s a slightly sour, tart rasp on the back end that lifts the whole juice up. There’s also a bit of ice in there that hits the throat nicely.
Blue Razz Lemonade
It’s s strong blue raspberry with a fizz to it that’s quite noticeable as it seems to go up my nose. It’s something I’ve had before with juices, and I think it’s some kind of citrus additive, but the flavour itself has minimal citrus in it for the lemonade. I’ll note that no-one I let try this juice had the same thing so it’s a personal issue and not an issue with the juice or flavour itself. This one is very sweet but then lemonades are meant to be. A great addition.
Soda Edition
Fizzy Cola
You can really taste the cola in this one and it’s not overly sweet. IVG seem to have gone with highlighting the cola rather than drowning it in sweetener and, for me, that makes it a winner. I find a lot of colas go for a big amount of sweetener as most drink style vapes do, but this is not that and it’s lovely. I could vape this all day long.
Fizzy Lemon
As already noted in the Lemon and Lime, one this is a pithy sweet lemon with minimal pith, but it is there slightly. There’s a definite fizz to it, and it tastes like lemon sherbet sweets the more you vape on it. It’s sweet but it works on this one, and it is the best lemon flavour I’ve had for a while.
Lemon and Lime
Another copy and paste I’m afraid.

Oh, another copy and paste.

Red Edition
Fizzy Cherry
Ok, last copy and paste for this review.
We’re into the berries and cherries now. I have become a lover of all things cherry in my vapes over the time since I’ve started reviewing juice, and this one is a good one. It’s a nice fruity cherry that tastes realistic with some added sweetness in there. It’s also quite dark as opposed to a red cherry, and there is a kick of fizz to let it live up to its name. Lovely.
Strawberry Watermelon
I get a sweet strawberry, a very sweet strawberry, and a slightly rindy watermelon. I’ll admit it’s a touch too sweet for me, but the underlying flavour is lovely. The two flavours mix very well together, and overall, it leaves a coating in your mouth that’s not unpleasant.
Strawberry Raspberry Cherry
This has the same super sweet strawberry as above, but it’s tempered by the dark cherry and is given a lift by the tangy raspberry. Again, this coats your mouth with sweetness, but the cherry comes out a lot sweeter as well and leaves a different aftertaste from the cherry on its own.
Strawberry Kiwi
I find the kiwi to be quite forward on this, and the strawberry isn’t quite as sweet as the others in the range, which makes it a bit nicer for me personally. If you’re not a kiwi fan, then this might be a bit too much for you, but I am and I love it.
Conclusion
IVG have done a good job at pairing the four different juices together for each pack. I think the blue one might be a bit samey but then if you’re buying that, you’re buying it for the blue raspberry, and you’ll be more than happy as they differ enough overall. The special edition will be good for those who like a bit of variety, the soda one (my favourite) is a nice fizzy treat, and the red one is super sweet with the berry sweetness and the additional fruits giving, again, a bit of variety.
My personal favourite and the surprise of the bunch is the fizzy cola. It’s just lovely and I’ve got it in a pod right now. The lemon-centric ones are also superb.
Thanks again to IVG for sending these over for testing. You can buy the 4 in 1 Salts bundles on their website for £8.95 a pack or 2 for £16 so that’s a cracking price for what you get.
- Similar flavour profiles so you know what you’ll get in all 4 bottles
- Nice and cheap for 4 bottles of juice
- Packaging is simple and effective
- Perhaps the blue one is a bit samey but different enough if you’re a fan of blue raspberries
Stephen Gitsham
Reviewer at POTVI was a very militant smoker for many years…why would I stop doing the only thing I had left that I liked doing? Then I fell into vaping in 2017. My wife bought a cheap kit off from Amazon that stopped working and I took it to a local vape shop to see what they could do with it. An hour later and full of new knowledge about watts, ohms, and juice strength, I headed home with a new nautilus mini tank for her and raved to her about the helpful guy in the shop. I must have bored her with all my new found information. I tried her vape that night, and a week later bought my own kit. Then I found POTV and the amazingly helpful and generous people on it. A month later I was making my own (disgusting) vape juice, and a month after that I was winding coils for my new RDA. Six years on and I'm much better at making juice, and I now have no money but lots of shiny mods and tanks
