Heartland Vapes Premium E-Liquids
Heartland Vapes are an American E-Liquid manufacturer based in Oklahoma. We met these guys at the Vape Expo back in May and were impressed with the juices they had on offer so picked some up to review. They are looking for stockists in the UK so if you are a vendor or distributor looking for new ranges to stock then they are worth checking out!
While they do have a generous range of juice on offer… their EU TPD compliant range currently consists of four flavours. The juice comes in 10ml PET bottles with child-proof top caps and are also nicely packaged in a protective cardboard tube with a removable top. The labels are bright and aesthetically pleasing with all of the typical information displayed, including warnings. The only thing which I feel could ideally be improved on the labels is the stated nicotine strength, because while readable it is very small.
All four flavours are mixed to a ratio of 70VG/30PG so you will get good cloud production with these juices. You can purchase all of these E-Liquids in one of five nicotine strengths; 18mg, 12mg, 6mg, 3mg and 0mg.
Please note that I received all of these juices in zero nicotine strength so I cannot comment regarding throat hit. I tried out all four flavours in a Apocalypse Gen 2 RDA which was fitted with a 0.28ohm dual coil and wicked with Japanese cotton.
Grapple
Grapple is a tantalizing blend of grapes and apples.
I always look forward to a notable grape flavour and this one proved to be a particularly pleasurable experience. On the inhale you get a tantalising grape which tastes convincingly natural and this is fused with an ever so slightly sour apple. There also seems to be a very subtle candy quality which adds further interest to this well balanced E-Liquid. I really enjoyed it and I could definitely see myself vaping this particular flavour frequently!
Vapour production was highly decent and would be unlikely to disappoint typical vapers.
Kiwi Menthol
A mouth-watering kiwi menthol.
This is a charming E-Liquid which offers a very noticeable and especially delicious kiwi flavour on the inhale. I found it to be a very good kiwi taste since it was exceptionally natural. In addition the kiwi is well complimented by a mild menthol on the exhale, which adds just the right amount of cooling to the vape without ever becoming obtrusive. It makes an absolute ideal vape for hot days!
Vapour production was very good and will likely suit most typical vapers.
Pink Lemonade
Pink Lemonade is a sweet and refreshing berry lemonade.
This is a really delightful tasting Pink Lemonade. The lemonade itself has an appealing and very natural lemon flavour on the inhale. On the exhale you get a luscious, fruity red berry that compliments the overall mix beautifully!
I couldn’t find any fault at all with this particular juice so providing you enjoy pink lemonade this would be well worth trying out. Vapour production was very good and typical of a 70VG/30PG mix ratio.
Sour Worm
Sour Worm is a fruity and sour gummy candy.
I have tried a lot of American candy flavours in my time and sadly many of them tend to be a bit sickly for my tastes, but that is thankfully not the case with Sour Worm because I thought it was absolutely gorgeous. It is a little hard to explain exactly what it tastes like but I would say it has an element of Sour Snakes sweets, a sprinkling of Gummy Bears and an overall sweet fruity flavour.
I found it highly enjoyable to vape so if you fancy something a bit different or if you have a sweet tooth this is certainly well worth picking up.
Conclusion
While this is only a small range at the present moment I am sure it will steadily increase in the future, nevertheless the current selection that is offered is varied and most enjoyable!
