But even though there are many potential benefits to using CBD, not everyone likes the earthy taste of cannabis products, and Vapoholic have noticed this, so they have cleverly combined their CBD isolate with some of their very popular bar flavours.
First up, why should you consider Vapoholic for your CBD supplies? There are so many CBD products on the market these days, it is no longer something that raises eyebrows. But with it becoming more mainstream means that there are loads of products on the market which also sadly means that not all CBD is going to be of the same quality. Vapoholic tick all the right boxes though, all of their CBD products go through thorough third party testing to ensure consistent strength and purity across the board. The new CBD Calm Bar Juice uses their CBD isolate as the base. This, in layman’s terms, is the active component of cannabis which people claim can help with many things such as anxiety and pain relief, but without any of the bits that get you stoned. As mentioned above, Vapoholic also sell CBD Terpenes e-liquids which have more active ingredients, but for most people, the regular isolate will be plenty good enough, especially if you don’t really like the taste of regular “natural” CBD flavours.
One thing that can put people off of vaping CBD is that it can be a bit harsh, and it some cases it can make it feel like your lungs are like they are on fire, but Vapoholic have worked really hard to make their Calm range as smooth as possible. It does still have a kick so until you get used to it, it is probably best to take smaller puffs, but once you get the measure of it, this is one of the easiest to vape CBD juices I’ve tried.
Another thing I really love about Vapoholic Calm CBD is the strength, this is the proper stuff. If you are trying to get some help with specific issues, lower strength is not going to be of any help at all, you are just throwing your money away. The CBD Calm Bar Juice range starts at 1000mg and goes up to 5000mg. I was sent the 10ml 1000mg version which is a really good level for most requirements, but they also sell 50ml bottles in different strengths too.
Finally, we will get into the flavours. There are three varieties in the Bar Juice range, Berry Peach, Strawberry Raspberry Cherry, and Tiger Blood. As a fruit fan, I was happy with the first two as they were a good safe bet, but Tiger Blood is a new one on me.
Berry Peach

As these are bar style flavours, all of these are sweet and that works really well with the peach which tastes ripe and natural. The peach is the stronger flavour, but layered under is a berry mix which has been mixed to perfectly compliment the peach. It is also very smooth which really helps with the CBD. You get a slightly bitter flavour from the CBD on the tail end of the exhale, but it actually comes as a nice change after the sweetness.
Strawberry Raspberry Cherry

This is my kind of flavour combo, I really love good cherry, and this is top tier stuff. It is quite rich which is something you get with cherry, but the raspberry and strawberry have been really cleverly layered which makes this a surprisingly complex juice. You can also clearly pick out each fruit even though they have been well blended together. Out of the three, I found this was the gentlest when it comes to the CBD throat hit too so may be the best choice if you are just starting things off. This is just a great flavour all round.
Tiger Blood
“Tiger Blood - Unique strawberry, watermelon, and coconut flavour!”
I don’t know why I have never tried Tiger Blood before as it has been around for years now, but you live and learn….and I learned that it is a cracking combo! Strawberry and watermelon are natural bedfellows, they just go together so well, but the coconut just adds so much. It is exotic, creamy, rich and smooth. I know it can be a flavour which divides people, but I really love coconut when it is done to the right level, and this is spot on. I did find the CBD felt a little more obvious here though, but that is probably a good thing or I might have caned the bottle which would not have been a good thing!
Final Thoughts
Vapoholic have done a great job with the CBD Calm Bar Juice range. The flavours are exceptional and should help to make CBD easier to vape if you are new to it. They will also be more attractive to people who don’t like that strong herbal flavour of more traditional CBD flavours. Finally, there is the smoothness, these are a lot less harsh than most CBD e-liquids which makes them easier to use. If you do discover that you really can’t vape CBD for whatever reason, these also taste great is you just squeeze a couple of drips under your tongue so if you are unsure about vaping them, that is another option for you.
