The event follows the traditional formula of having a business-to-business/VIP day on the 25th October, and the public is encouraged to come along for both the 26th and 27th. You can plan your trip in advance by using the handy floorplan [link].

Vaper Expo say: “Our trade and consumer visitors come from all corners of the globe and use the event as a meeting point to catch up with like-minded people, benefit from the widest range of products, try out new liquids and equipment, whilst having an amazing time.”

“With the show growing to new heights each and every year we always want to ensure that we offer the best possible experience to both exhibitors and visitors alike. The vaper expo is always known as a fun and lively environment, especially on our consumer days with Trade visitors from around the world flocking to our B2B day to meet new contacts and negotiate deals with world leading suppliers.”

“We always push the boundaries and have so much more fun and exciting things planned for The Vaper Expo, it is quickly transforming into a weekend event and with many other activities, restaurants, hotels and facilities onsite why not make a weekend of it.”

The “Modders Zone” is a new addition this year and provides an opportunity to see and purchase some really high-end devices. Planet of the Vapes will have a stand in this section this year – so be sure to come along a say hello.

The venue is usefully situated in the centre of the UK and offers convenient access by road, rail and airlines. Parking for motorcycles is free but other vehicles are priced from £15 per day. Cheaper parking is available in surrounding car parks such as the railway station.

Tickets can be purchased at a discount in advance from the link below or bought at the NEC on the day. As it is a vape event, all visitors must be over 18 and the organisers operate a Challenge 21 program – so recommend bringing ID if you have retained your youthful looks.

As well as the huge number of manufacturers, juice companies, and retailers from around the world, the organisers promise stage giveaways, exciting competitions, and other entertainment.

Vaping is allowed inside the event itself, but the organisers are keen to request you refrain from vaping in the other areas of the NEC. Vaping is fine once you enter the pre-show area.

If you attend the event be sure to post your photos up on the Planet of the Vapes forum for everybody to enjoy.
