WANTED: People for testing our new device

The picnic juice was from jac. It's basically an empty 50ml bottle, 4 18mg bottles of nic salts and 10ml flavouring that you shake together. That's been completely fine in the vim with the 0.7 coil.

My diy juice is a kind of starburst flavour at 60/40 and i use 72mg nic salts for a final mix of 18mg. But it does have a lot of strawberry in it, along with marshmallow and little sweetener. It clogs up the 0.7 coils in a couple of hours so it's just too sweet. I can only get 2 or 3 days out of the wick in my rta with it as well. It's not too hard on the coil gunk wise but seems to go for cotton.

I'm thinking I might mix up a different nic salt diy juice tomorrow with minimal sweetener and see if that's different.
OK, thanks.

My juice isn't overly sweet and I can use it for ages in my Berserker without it gunking up the cotton or coil. It's very high nicotine tho. 50mg to start with and 35mg after I've added my own PG to thin it down.

Going by my own experiences with this coil I would expect many more problems from many more people. But it seems that is not the case. I'm stumped.

Judging by the people that are affected and not affected, I think it'll be down to certain ingredients, in Glitchs case the chemist thinks it's the sweetness, but we'll see what happens when he mixes a non-sweet batch. It could be a combination of vaping style and ingredients. Obviously, we want to get to a point where any liquid is fine, and the oddity of the 0.42 coil being fine is being investigated as well... we will figure it out. @Mitz I am off to the Paris expo for the weekend so will contact you on Monday and get a way forward for investigation started with you as well. @Glitchy if you can let me know how the unsweetened trial goes, if that confirms the sweetner is the issue, then I'll get Bryn to help with reducing the sweetener and maintaining taste.

Pods arrived yesterday and I had a chance to have a go this morning.
When I opened one of the cartridges it did leak a little bit when I took the bottom bung and seal off.
Inserted it and it was gurgling a little bit. I cleared it and the first couple of pulls were a bit weak.
The taste definitely mimics the taste of a lit cigarette- maybe a bit too much(good for people making the switch) I usually vape Manabush tobacco’s so I’m not a straight tobacco vaper.

Anyway I persevered and I’ve got used to the taste. Gave myself a bit of a Nic head-rush. I think these would be perfect for people for their first kit and is def a good starter kit. I usually use mine mainly for stealth salt hits with dinner lady nic salt in. My first impressions are it’s a good little uncomplicated set up for people who don’t want to faff or an out and about stealth kit. Great work @Jacvapour

Thanks, the tobacco is definitely aimed at new users, I'd be surprised if longtime vapers liked it, unless still missing cigs a lot. Good feedback and much appreciated if you could also let me know how long it takes you to get through a pod.

I certainly will do [emoji106]

I agree. It's a fantastic no faff way for people to get started.

I like the packaging. Was kind of expecting a blister pack like coils come in so was pleasantly surprised that each one came in sealed, soft plastic packaging. I hate the blister packs, always find one coil pops out. Nice simple design on the cardboard packaging as well.

Vape wise I've had no gurgling. I have noticed a little condensation in the middle but it's not affected my vape in any way whatsoever. I'm only about a third of the way through a pod and I was hitting it a bit last night inbetween my other vape so they seem good for longevity as well. Finding the taste very good for a MTL vape as well.

I hope there are DTL pods coming as well. That would be great.

yeah the packs are based on the best scenario for air shipping, so they don't flood, the Blister packs didn't work, so we wrote them off pretty early, and I agree they are nicer not in a blister. We had thought DL pods are uber specialised, they wouldn't last long and be way pricey to run, but if there was demand we could do it relatively easily.

Yeah I did think that after typing it. Could probably go through one in about 10 minutes. An expensive way to vape!
