Recently purchased some Lunch Ladies Lemon Tart concentrate from Flavour Boss. On opening the package I noticed it had leaked slightly. With a few e mails and pictures for proof they sent me a new one which I received within a few days. Now that's what I call customer service. Also if it tastes anywhere near as good as it smells I'll be in for a treat.
