sorry to say i have had no confirmation e-mail. well no contact at all tbh.
i would like to now arrange a refund via Pay Pal for the £25.99 please.

Oh mark you need to dispute via PayPal mate. They’ve scammed loads of us and you won’t hear anything back buddy

Even PayPal are getting no reply from them!! they sent a dispute E-mail on the 31st of October. I contacted PayPal today. they have given them until the 11th of Nov, if no reply. they will refund my money!!!
Not a good way to conduct business if you ask me and lots of others on here by the sounds of it!!!
Yeah I’m 2 days into my dispute so another 9 till PayPal cough up on their behalf - they’re dickheads.
