Ok, it works better with a small hole and 2mm tube lets you put the clapton wire through a second time. Is double clapton a thing?

It's definitely a thing, but I don't think that's what the cognoscenti call it. We are in the merest foothills of exotic coiling terminology. Explorations in and around the Twisted Messes YT channel will bear some pretty fucking strange fruit...
