Hi everyone - Our second update since the Coronavirus / COVID-19 Crisis began.
We continue to be here to service our customers - while following the government guidelines - and a few more of our own.
We are working with a skeleton staff - enough to work pretty much one staff member to an individual room. We continue to meet retail demand at present (although note there are delays in the postal service).
We are currently offering a 25% price reduction across most products for the next few days. And also a free Hand Sanitiser for orders over £50.
Hand Sanitisers! yep hand sanitisers! - not a profiteering jump the bandwagon move though - we needed to source some for our extended procedures at work - and we had to order a box - which is FAR more than we need. we know its scarce and often vastly inflated price wise out there so we are putting stock we don't need for sale at what amounts to cost - £2.00 and also giving it away free on orders over £50. Be aware though we are limiting it to one per order to try and help combat stock piling and panic buying. If you order more - you will just be refunded the extras. This is on a while stocks last basis - we have what we need and do not intend to order any more unless we have too.

PRIME VAPES - NEARLY 50% PERMANENT PRICE REDUCTION!
We are permanently reducing the price of Prime Vapes across our website - it will be excluded from other discounts though.

Generally overall demand is currently very high and we are working at our best to keep up with it.
We continue to monitor the Governments advice - and changing and acting accordingly as new information is made available.
Couriers are also experiencing high demand - so raw materials etc are taking longer to reach us than normal - and also there is the chance that your own orders may take longer to reach you. Be aware - that while all seems fine at this moment - there may be issues moving forward with guaranteed next day deliveries.
Stock Levels - We currently have plenty of stock of our main 10ml Nokomis Range, Tribute Shortfill Range and Base Zero, Cola Divergent and Coconut Divergent Ranges (although we do need to bottle and fill the shelves for some of the Base Zero and Cola Divergent SKUs - but we do have plenty of stock, these should be up to date by mid next week)
We do not know how easy it will remain to get raw materials over the coming weeks for all our ranges - we hope to not have too much disruption, but it very much depends on the supply chain.
We have low stocks of The Spiritwalker range - and are having some issues getting some of the materials for this range - we will keep you updated.
Bunkr - we are superseding the Bunkr range with Base Zero - we will no longer be making any of the Bunkr range - however we will be keeping and moving "Toffee Creme" into the Base Zero Range - and I have the urge to do a new Apple based pastry flavour in the Base Zero Range as well in replacement for "Apple Strudel". All Bunkr currently on the site will be the last of it, no more will be made.
