Because the air come in from bottom and two side airflow channels. Galaxies MTL Squonk RDTA can support top-filling and Bottom feeding. The spring loaded filling port can help you easy filling and be fit for most E-juice bottle and close automatically after the bottle leaving. And E-juice feeding from squonk bottle directly to tank section to avoid too much E-juice on deck and fliting up.
Note: Don't remove the airflow control screw when vaping.
