what happened to LIVE chat

as the title says, @gearbest.com what happened to LIVE chat? when you click the live chat icon nothing happens, I mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, no pop up window, no opened tab, nothing.

How are we supposed to get immediate help if we cannot get onto it?

Just tried it and it opened for me in Chrome on an Android phone. Full website, not the mobile version.

It could be a pop-up blocker on your AV.

Dude you seem to have no luck on any site. Hope you get things sorted and the live chat working. try clearing your cache sometimes helps

You need to check what is bloking it, did you tried a diferent computer?
