Hastings has a few well off gits, loads of poor gits, Rother has loads more well off gits and a significant minority of poor gits, gits is my word of the day, for some reason :hmm:
 
Erm..... it looks like tier 4 is the old tier 3. Not confusing eh?
So far, the main difference I can see in the proposed Tier 4 is:

Sources have confirmed a new tier 4 will be introduced in London and the South East of England. That's likely to mean closure of non-essential shops and beauty salons.
