Regarding using Black as an adjective
It is wrong in my opinion
Saying "The stupid Black cunt missed that penalty" is not ok
Saying "The stupid cunt missed that penalty" is ok
If Harry Kane missed his penalty noone is going to say
"The stupid White cunt missed that penalty"

It depends on the context, I don't typically describe people by their skin colour because it's irrelevant... but

I remember once in work someone came is and said "Is Ben around, I got an email from him eariler" and I said "yeah, he's over there.. the guy in the white shirt and blue tie" .... after a while I could see the bloke still looking around and I didn't twig at first but later I realised he was standing there looking around for a white bloke in a white shirt and blue tie and would have expected me to say 'The black guy over there" ... on reflection I decided it might have been clearer and easier if I had.
