Well the time of excess is nearly at its glorious end. We just have the crashing disappointment of New year to get out of the way. What christmas food can you not get enough of. Are you hooked on purple quality street's or orange matchmakers?. Me it's baklava. I've probably eaten my body weight in the stuff. Whenever I visit my daughter I always pop into the middle easten shop and fill up but at Christmas Aldi do a gleaming gem like little box full of the stuff. And this year I must have cleared a box a day. If they don't stop selling it there's a real chance of heart attack.

Pigs in blankets! I never have them any other time of year, which is stupefying to think about, considering how amazing they are

Roast tatties for me. I prefer savoury things. I make Baklava as other half loves it but I find it too sweet. I'll post you some next time I make a batch @eyeball kid:D

Stuffing. I know most people have stuffing throughout the year but I don't eat roast dinners a lot, so I don't. And you don't have stuffing with every roast dinner.
So at Christmas when the massive dish of sage and onion and a.n. Other stuffing is pulled out I'm gunning for that.
Then I'll have stuffing sandwiches the day after
