Fantastic customer service from Geeekvape!

I have a lovely Aegis X, I have taken it everywhere from work to surfing and under the van when doing work so this beastie has had some testing on the drop, scuff and water front. Sadly while getting post from the letterbox it dropped and the corner of the screen hit the corner of the step. Resulting in a rather fuzzy screen that left even basic functions hard. So I contacted Geekvape went through the usual bits and even though I no longer had the box with the serial they have sent out a new one.
So blown away by this customer service I had to put a post up!

If you want a tough unit I can personally vouch for Geekvape.

I also now have an Aegis Solo which is no less rugged.

Here some pictures of my old Aegis X which does still function. The only time it had a slight issue is when I fell and hit the corner of the battery compartment locking the batteries in but after some minor hammer tapping to straighten the frame worked perfect again.

Well I dont think many manufacturers would have done that, good on Gerkvape for going the extra mile. Nice one. I'm my experience its surprising to even get an acknowledgement back from some of the manufacturers.
