Their website doesn’t have any contact details on it and is full of really bad English. Did you pay with paypal? I’d try and claim a refund if I was you.

 

I didn't realise they had no contact info until after the sale. I have raised a dispute but I have to wait till the 20th to give the seller time to respond. Disgusting really especially as I have proof that they have not been responding and are blatantly ignoring me.

 

That’s a bummer. At least you’ll get your money back if the goods don’t turn up though.
