I was expecting something more chemically than this. It is sweet, but not overpoweringly so and the flavour is distinctly pineapple. It’s OK on its own and would be easy to use to emulate the British traditional sweet ;’Pineapple chunks’.
I ended up using this at 9% in a Pina Colada – and on its own at 7.5%.
