I used a real lime for a stir fry I knocked up last night, by which I mean cooked, not impregnated, in fact, it were I wot looked like the pregnant one once I had consumed it, aha-aha-ahhh....uughhhmmmmm, whatever...
3% of this in a mix is awesome, any other straight up lemon or lime or lemon and lime juice I have had quakes in its little pink booties in comparison to this, though whilst a robust lime, with a pleasing lime aftertaste, it does lack a bit of the sharpness of the fruit itself. Taste and aroma are gangbusters though, and you could always add a wee bit of sour malic acid, or even some inawera grapefruit concentrate, for more of a sharp kick in the fleshy tubes.
