Review: I love cherry, but finding a good flavour is a major quest. This is one of the better ones. It is a rich, dark, almost syrupy flavour as opposed to a light summer fruit. I find it is spot on at around 20%, not too heavy but with enough umph to make it worthwhile. It doesnt suffer from a chemical, paint stripper flavour, which seems to affect so many cherry type flavours.
.Steeping: Mellows with age
Vapour
Throat hit: medium
Value: as with most perfumer apprentice, this offers good value for money
Use as a mixing ingredient: Great with menthol for that cough sweet flavour, and makes a damn fine cherry pie.
Effects on tanks and atomizers and any known ‘nasties’: None
