Sweet spot

Any one use a smok alien with baby beast and use custards ? Trying to find sweet spot on colonel blooms 1837 having no luck at all I'm using settings in pic at the moment

Don't know about your particular set up buy I always start very low with custards, they seem to run out of steam at higher settings on my setup
