Can't agree more with above Uni and Pancake are fantastic....however I mixed my Melons at 20% no joy, will mix at 15% tonight fingers crossed

Melons, I believe, benefits from a decent steep. 2 weeks at least. In fact I finished off over Christmas my last 30ml I had kicking around that was MONTHS steeped, and it was really good!
