This is..weird but very pleasant, in a very sweet way. Anyone remember the little chewy sweets ‘Fruit Salad’? It’s a bit like those and on top there’s a perfumey hint that fills the mouth – a very faint rose – it’s not that distinct, but pleasant. There’s something reminiscent of childhood in this – I can’t pin it down, but it’s charming. If it was an icing flavour for childrens’ cakes, I wouldn’t be surprised.
The base flavour was a little muted and needed EM. I ended up with a mix of 3.7% flavour and 3.7% ethyl maltol – the latter was essential to bring this to life.
