    I got clouds ahoy, fools custard, walk the plank and captains custard mixed them all as said on the site. must say im not very impressed, at 2week steep may need longer, all flavours seem to be missing something.

    I've mixed up 4 so far that I have tried from IOC, there exactly the same as the premixed. I used the prescribed amount (2%) EM and steeped for 2 weeks minimum. Have you got your measurements right ?

    Yep been mixing my own for years now, never tried the premixed tho, just not getting any sort of custardy flavour just a cream taste.
