Yep,, due to the colour unfortunately, all darker juices clog things up a bit quicker. If I could improve that part I would, unfortunately it wouldn't taste the same and customers would not be happy lol

I know naff all about mixology but I'm guessing that 'sticky and gloopy' is the price we have to pay for 'yummy and delicious'. 'Cloggyness' isn't realy a big issue as most juice delivery devices (carto's clearo's etc) are dead cheap to replace, and those that are more expensive are rebuildables or repairables.

Some of it is to do with colourants - either natural or synthetic - either added to or natural in the ingredients of the concentrates, which can 'caramelize' with high heat n.b. not necessarily sugar types, but high carbon content.

I wont change it don't worry

I don't add any sweetener to it, it is purely what makes up the concentrates which is both natural and artificial flavours hence the darkness and clogging nature of it.
