Problem getting creamy taste.

I make up a cream base using anything I have that could loosely be described as creamy - my current batch has around 12 flavourings and use this at 5% with 20% CCW custard.

I don't like Capella or dulce de leche.

Never tried anything from CCW but just checked their site. Interesting!

Will have to check them out soon.

Lmao, isn't that always the way. I'm enjoying FA concentrates so far but I wish they had more biscuit/cake ones. They only have cookie so I hope that covers my need for a bit o' bakery in my next set of trials.

FA Cookie is very versatile. I use cinnamon Ceylon or vanillas to use as a base

I really like the FA Cream Fresh. It isn't a sweet cream flavour so more like a fresh cream as described, but takes a couple weeks to mature imo. I mix it at 10% because the 3% starting point recommended on the site is too subtle for me.
