These will be transposed in the UK implementing regulations alongside the rest of the Tobacco Products Directive which will enter into force on 20 May 2016.

I had a brief scan of the documents. My god do they want a ton of information about ecigs. Waaay more than they require for tobacco cigarettes.

Guys, I hate to say it but I think it's over for us. At least legally anyway.

That confirms it for me vaping really is smoking tobacco although in liquid form
95% safer than tobacco smoke and yet its treated more harshly than tobacco cigarettes
100% sure I will be voting OUT of the EU when that comes around not because it will make one bit a difference once all this shit has be implemented but because I don't want to be part of the EU anymore
I'm surprised the EU hasn't yet made us wear hi viz jackets and safety boots whist walking around in public
The world is a sad place only to get even sadder
The EU and especially the UK government have extended our prisons to encapsulate the general population as its prisoners,freedom should be removed from all dictionaries its a word that has no meaning anymore.
