....I say 18500 mode rather than 18350 mode for three reasons - 1. balance, 2.battery life 3. 18350 mode leaves you liable to keep blocking the KF's air intake with your thumb when you vape......

I think that should say '...18500 mode rather than 18650 mode...' ?

Rba or factory? I also look for the smallest I can find. So far they are:
- goblin mini rba mtl/restrict dl
- gs tank factory coils mtl
- kayfun nano rba mtl

Sligthly taller, but not much:
- mini subtank mini clone, factory coils and rba, mtl and dl
- kabuki factory coils mtl
