Hmmm, tbh it all depends on what use it's for.
I'm actually about to start a build of my own, twin 195amp fets just because I can... BUT it's totally unnecessary.
Certain fets from places like farnell dissipate the heat better, but if you're heatsinking it anyway, ah well the difference won't be noticeable.
