Hi, we'd really appreciate some reviews of our website. ZD- VAPES

Apart from it not having a lot of stuff in it yet (we're working on it) we'd love to hear your feedback on the site design.plus what stock you the customer would like us to stock.
We promise our web guru a nice treat.

Quick first impression. Loose the ad from the front page asking about your age. I don't like to see ads for other vendors when I am visiting a site.

On initial entry to the site, you are presented with a fairly standard UI, nice colour scheme (personally I prefer simple dark colour schemes)

There is a horizontal menu bar with a list of site options, and a vertical menu area on the left which duplicates these options. The vertical menu area is an unecessary duplication, unless you are going to add different categories, I would replace this with alternative content. Once you click an option from the top menu, this vertical menu disappears, which is an inconsistent UI design.

On opening a product, a detailed information page is displayed. There is a cluster of social media options on the right of the product and a review section, these lend a cluttered look to the page. Either space them out more, or remove them. I suspect a single line break between the "reviews" and the social media options will resolve this.

The product information is displayed using a tabbed interface, which is very good, including a related products and reviews tab.

Clicking a product image displays a larger version. Some of these appear to be rather poor quality, if you want to impress your customers, take the time to take a good quality picture of the product. Nothing is more irritating that a stock poor quality image. Good pictures = very professional look.

I found the large "facebook" box on the left mildly irritating, considering everything else is coated with facebook everywhere, I would review your social media strategy carefully

This is only a quick look, on a desktop browser using Chrome.

I do not have my tablet to hand to see how it looks on a 10 inch screen.

Doesn't look too bad overall, my only constructive criticism is i find it quite hard to read a black text on a grey background.

If you change the grey bits over white (should be quite easy) it will be a lot easier to see.

As to products.

I would have a look round some of the other vendors sites (like myepack), greyhaze, cloud9, vapegeek etc and pick out a good selection with a bit of everything

EcigWizard have been around for an age and have plenty of BnM stores too. Wizmix I believe is their signature liquid, and they stock some American brands such as Vermillion river etc. There's some one on eBay selling Wizmix for loads more than EcigWizard sell it for... I must say I really like a lot of these liquids, and even tho I DIY my own, I still buy the nuclear plusion, and rich bean rocket as a treat for myself.

Thanks for the input.I'll take note. Danny k the chicken came first lol.

Is there some thing you plan to 'specialise' in? As most vendors stock a range of products, but we go to specific vendors and recommend specific vendors for a core group of items.. For instants Steathvapes for rebuildable's supply's, Myepack for entire mod packs, other places for liquids etc.

At the moment whats on my site ie Liquids and Clearomizers is what I'm concentrating on, getting new stock in when I can.But obvisiously suppling a small variaty of goods to suit the market. You have to walk before you run:grin2: Thanks for your input which has been noted.

Yep totally, so is your plan eventually to be pretty general and stock as many vaping products as you can, as opposed to having a main specialised area? Or do you mean liquids and clearomizers will be your bread and butter products?

I forgot to say I thought the site looks very professional, and seemed mobile friendly which is a big +, that's using safari and google chrome.
