Actually, no its not an SMD. Believe it or not, it's rated for 75 amps(I think) but as I've slept several times since I bought 10 of them, I could be wrong.

That's the Fraggles fault as she's the one doing photography at college, I explained I wanted the drip tip and the mosfet together so you'd have an idea on its actual size, and also requested that it included the minute little tab with a miniature slot in it for attaching to a heatsink which is pretty much what I got. If I find my measuring stick, I'll measure it's size. Or post the link to Farnell where I bought them from.
