Need help identifying an RDA

Essentially it's a Kayfun type head, but the coil seems to be at the top the wick comes down and rest inside the tank.

Heres a diagram

| = See through pyrex or glass compartment

Apologies for the terrible explanation, I'm just not sure how else to describe it. Someone in a B+M had one, claimed it cost £90 but I'm going to see if FastTech has a version

Would this be ok? Also jeffhds said 'wicked with silica', does this mean I'd have to use silica as opposed to cotton?
