I'd noticed some anomolous behaviour with the XTAR Dragon charger, but only got around to testing it today...
I have an 18650. I measured it on my multimeter and it came out a 4.14V, which is 98.57% charged.
I popped it in the XTAR VC4 and it read 4.2V on its analogue display. For good measure, I checked on a Nitecore charger and it read 97%. Both measurements seem within reason to me.
Then I put it on the XTAR Dragon charger and got 88%. That's way off!
I think I'll be retiring the Dragon (though I'll miss the large battery bays). Anyone else have similar experiences with the Dragon?
