Not all.... I found being agoraphobic hell, I would genuinely rather die than live like that again.
I have bent the rules by having my friend visit my flat, when she is already in a bubble with her boyfriend. I think it would be seen as ok on compassionate grounds though: I’m classed as a ‘vulnerable’ adult and needed her help and support.
